Travel Protection
In today’s changing travel environment, it’s important to protect your travel investment so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss or even a sudden sickness or injury could impact your travel plans. There are many affordable plans for you to choose from within the travel insurance marketplace and we hardly recommend getting one for your trip.
Itinerary Changes, Delays and Cancellations
If a situation of extreme weather, worldwide pandemic, social protests, or other circumstances outside of our control, forces the suspension of the running of the bulls the day you have booked, we will do everything on our hand to accommodate you for another day. If the whole festival is cancelled for the same reasons mentioned above, we will give you a refund or credit to use on the consecutive year.
The refund of payments received shall release ALEVIA, LLC from any further liability. ALEVIA, LLC is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for a cancelled trip (e.g., nonrefundable advance purchase air tickets, visa fees, inoculations, equipment, etc.) or for any additional arrangements a trip member scheduled before or after the day you experience the running of the bulls.
